Posting Book Reviews

Hi.. I'm relatively new to blogging. Help! I'm in need of some advice on how to post  book reviews on my blog. . I've looked on the internet. But there are so many conflicting suggestions. I know some of the blogs I follow on Twitter and Fb do book reviews, so if  there is anyone who can help me, I would  love to hear from you.
I have read some excellent books in the past couple of months and would love to spread the word and support fellow writers.
